Study number 3 - The Baker Ranch, Now this was fun, I had ran out of sanded paper and had to apply pastel on the back of printer paper. Fortunately it was heavy weight and had some teeth for the pastel. This is a study for a painting I will do later. In reality, the ranch is wider than shown. I compressed some elements to create a composition to fit a 16” x 12” canvas. |
